Delivery Charges
FREE UK Delivery if you spend £65 and over.
UK Delivery is £4.99 for orders under £65.
We are presently not shipping automatically on-line anywhere except within in the UK. Please contact us if you would like a bespoke international shipment as we would be extremely happy to chat through options.
We are aiming to be able to offer automatic on-line international delivery from Spring 2024.
When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery Times
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Courier and are dispatched within 5 working days of your order being received.
NB. Please be aware there may be slight delays with delivery times at this time. We’ll let you know as accurately as possible when you can expect your parcel but we cannot guarantee delivery.
For international deliveries, please allow 15-20 working days to receive your order. This timeframe is subject to the satisfactory clearance of your order through customs by you. We cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery as a result of ongoing clearance by your local customs authority or delays caused by the recipient not providing the relevant paperwork or payment for clearance on time.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know via email.
We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 5 days and we’ll send replacements to you as soon as we can.
